Our Members

USEA is a community of Education Support Professionals from every corner of Utah. Together, we represent more than 3,000 custodians, bus drivers, food service workers, paraeducators, secretaries, and other staff who keep schools running every day. Our members share a commitment to strong public schools, respect for ESPs, and better opportunities for every student.

Governing Documents of the Utah School Employees Association

The governing documents of USEA include the Articles of Incorporation, Constitution, Bylaws, Legislative Platform, Standing Rules, Mission, Vision and Core Values statements. Together, these documents define how USEA operates, represents Education Support Professionals, and advances public education across Utah.
