USEA Bylaws
The USEA Bylaws define how the Utah School Employees Association operates, outlining member rights, leadership roles, and decision-making processes. Reviewed each year by delegates chosen from local associations, the bylaws keep USEA’s governance transparent, democratic, and aligned with the needs of Education Support Professionals across Utah.
USEA Legislative Platform
The USEA Legislative Platform, developed by the USEA PAC and first approved in 2023, outlines the association’s legislative priorities and values at both the state and federal levels. Reviewed annually by the USEA PAC and approved at the USEA Delegates Conference, the platform guides USEA’s advocacy for Education Support Professionals and teachers to strengthen public education and improve student success
USEA Standing Rules
The Standing Rules for the USEA Delegates Conference provide the framework for how business is conducted during the meeting. They establish clear procedures for discussion, debate, and voting to ensure fairness, order, and efficient decision-making as delegates represent the interests of members across Utah.
