Grievances are limited to issues involving the interpretation, application, or alleged violation of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), employee contract, or district policy. Each contract includes specific timelines and steps that must be followed. 

Missing a deadline can result in a grievance being dismissed, even if it has merit. If you contact USEA about a potential grievance, please respond quickly to our outreach so we can protect your rights and keep the process moving.
