Natalie spent many years in the medical field, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy, compassion, and standing up for those whose voices often go unheard. That commitment to supporting others led her to the Utah School Employees Association (USEA). She has worked to strengthen relationships with local leaders, members, and potential members. Natalie's work is centered on trust, connection, and empowering Education Support Professionals to unite through their union and make their collective voice stronger.
