Jen is a paraeducator preschool teacher in Park City, Utah, is the 2024 NEA ESP of the Year and a strong advocate for Education Support Professionals nationwide.

Jen Bramson is an early childhood paraeducator at McPolin Elementary School in Park City, Utah, and was honored as the 2024 NEA Education Support Professional of the Year. She has served with the Park City School District since 2013, working in a Title I dual-language preschool program and helping English learners reach benchmarks, creating individualized plans, and teaching foundational skills. 

Jen is also deeply involved in advocacy and leadership. She has been a USEA board member, piloted a rural coalition for ESPs, and regularly campaigns at the state and national level to advance respect, wages, and representation for support staff.
