Brandon brings more than 20 years of experience as an Education Support Professional and lifelong commitment to supporting Utah's public schools. He is a graduate of the NEA Education Support Professional Leadership Institute (ESPLI) and previously served as the USEA Vice President before becoming the Executive Director of USEA. He also has served as a Local President and as USEA Board Member. Throughout his career with the Canyons School District, he has held a variety of positions, advancing from custodial services to facilities management before transitioning to the maintenance department, where he served as a Team Lead over the Energy Services department. As a frontline employee during the creation of the Canyons School District in 2009, Brandon gained firsthand experience navigating organizational change while advocating for fellow employees.
