Cathy's background in a rural school district gives her a strong understanding of the challenges and strengths of smaller communities, where support staff often take on many roles to keep schools running smoothly. As USEA’s Membership Coordinator, she draws on that experience to connect with members across the state, representing the voices of employees in every district—large or small. Cathy enjoys supporting members and looks forward to continuing her work with USEA for years to come.
