Arthur brings a lifetime of service and leadership to USEA, where he began working in 2023. A former U.S. Army Captain and bank vice president, he later dedicated more than 20 years to teaching in Texas classrooms. He served as President of Waco AFT and spent over 15 years as a staff member with Texas AFT, followed by roles with NEA in Wyoming, Nevada, and New Mexico. His broad experience in finance, education, and union leadership gives him a deep understanding of the issues facing school employees and the importance of strong advocacy at every level.
