Anti-Bullying Campaign

On October 31, 2014, the Utah School Employees Association along with its national affiliate, the National Education Association, organized a professional development day for the Education Support Professionals working in Tooele School District. During this training, both members and non-members alike learned about the harsh reality of bullying in schools, and how they as ESPs could help in those situations. After an emotional day filled with new strategies to help Utah students, ESPs of the Tooele School District took a pledge to help stop bullying in Tooele schools. Below are some of the NEA resources used at this traning for several ESP job families. If you'd like more information on what you can do to stop bullying in your school, click on your job family and check out the related handout. Stand with USEA and its members to not tolerate bullying in public schools!
